Background
The site sits in North Kensington, a 10-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station.
Previously occupied by the Lloyd Williamson School until December 2023, the site is now vacant.
Our proposals will not only serve to transform the site and the surrounding area but will deliver vital new homes, alongside a ground floor space for Class E use.
The proposed development has the potential to deliver the following benefits:
- 27 new homes to help meet housing delivery in the borough
- Revitalisation of this prominent corner site with high-quality architecture and active ground floor uses
- A sustainable and more environmentally friendly building
- New planting and greening to support biodiversity
- Planning contributions to help support improvements to local services
